We have 4 shipping rates. One item is $5, two or more items is $8, and if you spend $150 or more, your goodies ship for FREE!!! If you purchase more items within 12 hours of your last purchase, shipping is free. Customers who are local and would like to pick up, please select that option upon checkout and you will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. We are located in Beach Haven West, New Jersey. Please email us for the address. We aim to ship within 3-5 business days of purchase, if not sooner. If we are behind on shipping, we will communicate that in our shopping group. Please note if you have a waitlisted item and we fulfill your waitlist, your item will take longer than the 3-5 business day time frame as we have to wait for those items to get to our warehouse before shipping it out to you.
What do the notifications you receive mean?
Unfulfilled - As soon as your order is placed, it will have this status.
Processing - The warehouse team has printed your order. Once your order is processing, no changes can be made.
Label Printed - The warehouse team is picking and packing your order for shipment.
Fulfilled - Order has shipped, you'll be able to find a tracking number under your order.
*It may take up to 10 days for tracking to update in the system after fulfillment. If after 10 days your tracking status still has not updated, please reach out to your local post office and send us an email as well.
**If a package is missing, once the package is delivered as per tracking it is the customers responsibility to contact the post office. We always suggest asking for GPS coordinates of drop off from your local PO. If it was delivered to your address and you still do not have your package, look at your tracking and click "product information" to check if your package was insured. If it was, it is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the post office. If you think your package was stolen, it is also the customers responsibility to file a police report with your local PD. If it was not delivered to your address and/or there is no insurance on the package, that is a post office error and it is still the customer's responsibility to file a claim with their local PO.
